Dear customer,

If you need to open an RMA, please follow these instructions.

Open a ticket on the Tattile Academy platform by selecting the “Support” icon in the upper left corner of your desktop.

Please provide the following information:

  1. Company name
  2. Contact person
  3. Device part number
  4. Device serial number
  5. Problem description

We will notify you directly about the changing status of your request, by sending you an e-mail when:

  1. Your e-mail has been opened.
  2. We have received the faulty product.
  3. We have started to investigate and repair the issue.
  4. The product is ready for shipping.
